The Project Manager will be managing multiple marketing projects across key client accounts. You will interface with the senior business and technical and executive management contacts within the client to coordinate requirements, project plans and deliverables. You will work closely with the delivery team towards meeting the business objectives. You will also ensure that the challenge and requirements are understood by the team and will participate in the solution developed by the team. You will also participate in the discovery phase to help hone requirements in a business analysis role.

Job Description

Business Systems Analyst

We are looking for a business systems analyst/project manager.

Job description:

  • Identifies, develops, and evaluates alternatives to meet business requirements. Coordinates with external business clients in designing and developing new systems, processes, and procedures. Coordinates, plans, and performs enhancements, upgrades, and on-going maintenance.
  • IReviews, analyzes, tests, and recommends new software applications. Assists with test plans and related quality reviews with business clients.
  • Contributes to the development and implementation of comprehensive communication and training plans and materials for business clients.
  • May coordinate the design, testing and generation of new management reports as business requirements dictate. Partners with business areas to define solutions and resolve technical issues.
  • Develops and administers documentation of projects, recommendations, and implementation procedures. Communicates project outcomes in a clear, effective, and timely manner to necessary parties in the business area and other customer areas.
  • Develops and maintains current knowledge of assigned business areas and the business environment. Improves understanding of business system tools, practices, and methodologies.

Quality Assurance/Support Engineer

We are looking for a QA/Support Engineer.

This person is responsible for creating an end-to-end test plan; executing the plan and managing all activities in the plan to ensure that all the objectives are met and that the solution works as expected. The solution should be tested in terms of functionality, performance, reliability, stability and compatibility with other legacy- and / or external systems.

To make sure that testing is well defined, planned and executed. The QA Engineer does this by ensuring that every phase and feature of the software solution is tested and that any potential issue is identified and fixed before the product goes live.

The engineer should also assist supporting existing systems/applications. Including debugging and fixing bugs, handle production support issues, coordinate builds and release documentation.

Desired Skills and Experience

  • Completed your B.S. in Computer Science or a related field (or the equivalent experience of such a degree)
  • A passion for technology and a knack for details
  • Ability to create test plans, define testing strategies, and get a kick out of uncovering those hard-to-find bugs
  • Experience with Java or another object-oriented programming language
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills
  • Excitement and passion for technology
  • Experience with SQL and databases are a plus
  • Programming experience in a Linux/Unix environment

Business Development Manager

As a full-time business development liaison, your role is to generate growth opportunities and to cultivate business relationships with prospective clients. As the first point of contact with potential clients, you’ll create a great first impression of Tacpoint, its products, and its services with your natural sales instinct. You’ll conduct both inside and outsides sales (traveling onsite to client’s locations, if necessary) and follow up with contacts. You’ll work with Tacpoint senior management to define business development strategies and monitor progress towards achieving targets.

Qualifications:

  • Experience in business development or sales
  • Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills
  • Passion for technology, specifically mobile and web applications
  • Self-motivated and strong decision-making abilities
  • Willingness to travel
  • Experience with digital marketing and social media (not required)
